Our Beans consist of a variety of Fair Trade, Certified Organic beans from across the globe, such as Peru, Ethiopia, Honduras, Indonesia/Sumatra, and Brazil. Our beans are locally roasted in beautiful Stratford, Ontario.
About Our Beans
Fair Trade Organic Ethiopian:
This exquisite jewel from Ethiopia rates among the world’s best. This was grown in the Yirgacheffe Region. This washed coffee produces a smooth and balanced cup, with excellent aroma. The medium body and delicate acidity is brought together with a creamy, buttery flavour profile. Excellent!
Fair Trade Organic Indonesian Sumatra:
From the southern part of the Indonesian Sumatra, comes this wonderful coffee. In the cup, this coffee possesses a rich, clean, fresh character, and finishes with a full body and deep aroma. It’s low in acidity and contains slight nutty and chocolaty taste characteristics.
Fair Trade Organic Peru:
This coffee was grown in the Chanchamayo Region of Peru. They possess robust body and a very rich flavour profile. Peruvian coffees have mild acidity and body, but the best have interesting, complex flavour profiles.
Fair Trade Organic Honduras:
Fair Trade Organic Honduras, this washed coffee has a rich flavour, caramel notes, excellent bold finish with great body.
Fair Trade Organic Brazil:
This coffee was grown in the Minas Gerais Region. This Brazilian decaf coffee boasts of a clean, complex flavour, with a medium body and acidity. It has been Water Processed, which is an all natural process without any chemicals added. The coffee is 99.9% caffeine free. Brazil is the eight-hundred-pound gorilla of world coffees, with a production that averages around one-third of all the coffee grown.
